THE LIVING BOOK OF HEALTH
The Living Book of Health is a project of healing, performativity and shared operation between artists and the public. 8 artists from different locations have been invited to think of performance as a contagious and self-managing practice, to explore methodologies of self-care, collective care, about ritual, in order to open an opportunity for communication and present between creators and participants. The Living Book on Health seeks to incite an intimate reflection that can be transmitted virtually and that achieves a space of operation for those people who decide to participate and articulate the works from their own body.
The Living Book on Health is also an invitation for participants to explore their own self-managed, not necessarily professional, artistic practice as a personal and healing learning process.
If you would like to participate from your own desire in complicity with the artists, and explore performative processes from the privacy of your home, take a look at this information.

The Living Book of Health has emerged from the moment we collectively go through in the face of the new Coronavirus pandemic, in search of opening questions about the way in which we build closeness, empathy and support with others.
This is a PAOS GDL project under the curatorship of Lorena Peña Brito, which can be carried out thanks to the support of the PAC / Covid-19 Support Fund, Patronato de Arte Contemporáneo.
